DWR Project #20-312 Novel Cary Site

The purpose of the site visit to the Novel Cary Site located at 1708
Petty Farm Road, Cary (PIN 0735683504), DWR Project #20-312, on
September 23, 2020 was to determine if the identified wetlands of
concern (represented as W1 and W2 on Figure 3) were Basin wetlands or
Bog wetlands as keyed out by North Carolina Wetland Assessment Method
(NCWAM). Based upon information given prior to the site visit (soils
map, USGS map, and Sketch map) and the site visit, the site keyed out as
the following per the NCWAM:

W1: Basin wetland

W2: Basin wetland
