Hello, This letter is being sent in response to NOV-2020-LV-0492 violations for exceeding total
ammonia nitrogen weekly and monthly average. The problem was found and corrected very
quickly. We had a blower go bad over the weekend of 5/16/2020- 5/17/2020 the problem was
found on Monday 5/18/2020 and it was replaced with a new blower. The sample was taken the
next day it came back over the limit but came back down quickly. I have attached the dmr report
along with the next five lab reports so that you can see that the problem has been resolved.
