Our company is preparing an engineering report for up-
grading and expansion of the Huffman Finishing Wastewater Treat-
ment Plant. The plant is presently permitted to discharge
110,000 gals/day of average daily flow into the Unnamed Tributary
to the Catawba River. The anticipated design flow may be 150,000
gals/day or 175,000 gals/day. Accordingly, we will appreciate
your providing us the effluent limitations for the design flows
Ps of 150,000 gals/day and 175,000 gals/day.
