This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing a pipe in a jurisdictional area in Hyde County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is adjacent to Church Creek, Stream Index 29-34-40-9, in the
Tar-Pamlico River Basin.The pipe is serving as an equalizer pipe connecting a jurisdictional coastal wetland
marsh bisected by SR 1146.
