Dear Mr. McMillan:
Please find enclosed the $570 filing fee, which is required to re-apply for a Division of Water
Quality Major Permit to impact 0.02 acre of 404 jurisdictional wetlands, which will facilitate the
development of a single family residential dwelling at 216 Sand Hills Drive East. Copies of the
permit application and accompanying documents were submitted previously. Thus, SEGi, in an
effort to reduce paper consumption, respectfully request the DWQ to waive re-submittal of those
documents.
