Proposed Swing Road Sidewalk with project limits being West Market Street
to Burnt Poplar Road. Permit request applies to existing perennial stream
flowing from retention pond on property of Procter and Gamble,west side
of Swing Road,continuing south into existing 48"storm sewer beneath
Swing Road. Stream continues out of 48"storm sewer on east side of
Swing Road and then flows into South Buffalo Creek. Buffer impact will be
on east side of Swing Road due to necessity to install a 48"headwall to
facilitate construction of the sidewalk.
