Furnish and install a new precast segmental block seawall, with riprap toe
apron, to replace the existing stone masonry seawall at 110 Bee Tree Way,
Lake Toxaway, Transylvania County, North Carolina. This is a Residential
project.
In addition to the 401 / 404 work, there are other shoreline improvements
that include a new Boardwalk, and Dock Improvements (no new concrete
footers). New Boardwalk & Dock Improvements shall to be in accordance
with the Section R327 of the 2018 NC Residential Code and Chapter 36 of
the the 2018 NC Building Code as applicable.
