We are proposing a 168 unit apartment complex in Morehead City to be
financed through the HUD affordable housing program. There are 0.35
acres of proposed wetland impacts. The site has been evaluated and the
JD Map has been approved/signed. We have gone through significant
measures of avoidance and minimization with our current plans and wish to
submit the PCN as soon as we possibly can. Any meeting date is
acceptable as this is a high priority for our firm and client. Thank you for
your time.
