An NCDWR Buffer Determination meeting was held on June 29, 2020 (See
attached Buffer Determination Letter). The proposed project is a single-
family residential development. The Site is located +/- 0.5 mile east of the
intersection of Bethlehem Church Road and Robbins Road eight miles
southeast of Youngsville, in Franklin County, NC. The coordinates of
35.9609°N, 78.346°W generally correspond to the center of the Site.
