Line 5 (existing 10-inch diameter pipe) is currently exposed at its crossing
with a tributary to Mill Creek which was found and identified during post
Hurricane Florence patrols. The project was created to retire and replace
approximately 250 linear feet of 10-inch diameter natural gas pipeline with
a new segment of 10-inch pipeline between Almon Road (SR 1191) and Mill
Creek Church Road.
