The project proposes construction of single-family residential development
and necessary infrastructure. The project is located at 1425 S Hollybrook
Road in Wendell, NC. There are three (3) utility crossings that impact
streams, wetlands, and riparian buffers, two (2) road crossings that impact
streams, wetlands, and riparian buffers, and two (2) wetland fill areas that
impact wetlands.
