The overall project consists of the construction of a small business park
comprised of five office buildings and flex space. Access to the Site will be
provided by connections to Green Oaks Parkway. Driveways and parking
spaces will be provided for each proposed building. Water and wastewater
services will be connected to existing services adjacent to the Site. Heavy
equipment typically used for utility installation projects (e.g. backhoes,
bulldozers, etc.) will be utilized.
A stream determination letter was issued on February 7, 2020 (RRO #20-
010). A PJD was submitted on July 30, 2019. A PJD concurrence e-mail
was received from Mr. James Lastinger on August 20, 2019 (SAW-2013-
00472) after site meeting with Mr. Sean Clark of Sage.
