At your request I visited the above site located in Durham County, NC to verify that the 2 Impact Zones
of Wetlands had been filled per DWQ Permit specifications.
Upon arrival, I documented the filled wetland areas or "Impact Areas #1 & #2", as designated by Buffer
& Wetland Impact Exhibits Drawing # IE 1.0 (attached), via digital camera. SEI's field observations
were that the "Impact Areas" previously mentioned were indeed filled and also that protective fencing
was present around the non-impacted wetlands of "Impact Area #1" per condition # 5 of the Addition
Conditions of the Certification by DWQ dated April 21, 2008. Please find attached site photographs
documenting our site visit and the conditions described herein. If there are any questions regarding this
