The project proposes the construction of a single-family residential
development. The project is located near Baptist Road and North of
Highway 98 in Durham, NC. There is one (1) road crossing that impacts
riparian buffers and streams, one (1) stormwater control measure that
impacts riparian buffers, two (2) utility crossings that impact streams and
riparian buffers, and one (1) lot fill/grading that impacts riparian buffers.
