On October 6, 2020 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources received your request
to rescind your coverage under NPDES Stormwater Permit NCG020890. After inspection of the
facility on October 7, 2020 it was determined that rescission of this permit could not be granted
until additional groundcover and positive drainage is established. Please see enclosed
Compliance Inspection Report.
