Subject: 30 day extension request - Poplar Creek Sewer Line
Ian,
Per our discussion, I am requesting a 30 day extension for response to the additional information
requested in the February 19, 2010 letter to Aaron Brower with the City of Raleigh PUD for the Poplar
Creek Sewer Line. The equivalent day we discussed was April, 16, 2010. As I mentioned we need
additional time to incorporate the permanent impacts for riprap along stream banks into the impact
maps and PCN tables. I anticipate we will have a complete response to the letter next week to be
well within the 30-day extension period. Likewise we will respond to the USACOE letter at the same
time.
