Subject: City of Raleigh Poplar Creek Sewer - Request for Information
Dear Cyndi,
The Town of Knightdale, as a utility merger community with the City of Raleigh, has received your
request for more information dated 2/19/2010 in association with the Poplar Creek Sewer Project. In
the PCN application requested to be returned, box 3a for "Will this project (based on reasonably
anticipated future impacts) result in additional development, which could impact nearby downstream
water quality?" has been checked "no". In support of this determination, the Town offers that we are
an NPDES Phase II community and require stormwater controls on all construction projects disturbing
more than one acre. Hopefully, this will suffice in your need for more information. Please feel free to
