Just a FYI, the USACE sent a letter and a new PCN to Ian in regards to constructing a rock arch rapids for fish
passage at lock and dam #1. This one says that it's for Bladen County, (which it is) but it's for Brunswick County
too since it's in the Bladen/Brunswick part of the Cape Fear River. I handled the last one so I would like to
handle this one too.
