1. The soils report included only 5 zones: Northwest of Zone 14, Zone 15, 16, 17 and 14. NW Zone 14
does not seem to be permitted right now. For Zone 14 - 17, the areas of each zone in the water balance
sheets are not consistent with what were provided in the submitted soils report. For Zone 17, it was
permitted in the Attachment B that the soils series is Bibby, whereas it shows as Lynchburg in the water
balance sheet. Please clarify and provide the soils report that covers all zones.
2. The minimum required storage calculated on Page 29 of the response package was 8,570,580 gallons.
However, about only 5.53 million gallons were permitted. Please clarify.
3. Please provide the reference for the design daily flow (influent) of 99,080 gallons per day (gpd), located
on the page 6 of the response package.
4. Please update the site map to reflect Zones 14W and 14E.
