I have been able to pretty much coordinate with everyone that I need to coordinate with on
this and I want to make sure of a couple of details.
I am
assuming that all the work that GUC still needs to do is all within the coffer dams, right?
Secondly, how quickly can the dams be removed, a couple of hours, a day? When they remove the
dams would there be a lot of hammering and other disturbances?
I will try and call you tomorrow, but if not, I will be in a meeting all day.
Oh, one more thing, do require a letter head, or just an email for the extension request?

We met with those guys yesterday and I am going to recommend that we give them until the
end of March. I don't want to give them too much leeway on this thing but they should be
able to get done what they need to get done by them. If the weather prevents them from
having the coffer cell out by then, I suggest we revisit the issue at that time. Anyway just
let me know what you think. Thanks for all your help on this
