PROJECT NARRATIVE
The overall project involves the construction of two new buildings and associated
infrastructure for the 6 Davis Drive campus in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
This project is the first step to a long-term master planned campus. Phase i consists of
constructing Building #3 which will be a 4-story, flexible, multi -tenant laboratory and
office facility, along with an Amenity building. The footprint for Building #3 & Amenity
will be approximately 48,177 square feet which will contain approximately 156,054 total
square feet. Building #3 will be devoted towards the combined uses of
research/laboratory/office/conference.
The project will extend gravity sanitary sewer 811 linear feet to the northeast portion of
the property to allow for a future tie-in for future building #4.

The sewage and wastewater collected by this system will be treated at Triangle
Wastewater Treatment Plant.

capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the
receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned
improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed
in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This
certification applies to those items listed above in Sections l and 11 plus all attached planning assessment
