Subject: Stormwater Permit for Provost Mine
Good Morning All!
I am reviewing the application for coverage under NCG020000 for Provost Mine in New Bern (NCG020949). There are no
outfalls listed on the NOI, but at least one outfall is required for coverage. Please provide me with the location(s) of all
outfall(s) on site by 11/19/2020. Thank you!
Very Respectfully,
Mike
