Grantor as itemized in Exhibit A to the deed from Grantor to G & H Hauling, LLC,
dated June 29, 2018, recorded in Book 4076 at Page 1216, in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Brunswick County, North Carolina, which easements,
covenants and conditions are appurtenant to and run with the title of said Tract 1
herein conveyed.
This conveyance is made subject to that Easement in favor of G & H Hauling,
LLC, recorded in Book 4190 at Page 896, Brunswick County Registry, to which
reference is made for greater certainty of description.
For back reference see Book 585 at Page 578 and Book 585 at Page 574,

In accordance with NCGS Section 105-317.2, the mailing addresses of Grantor and
Grantee are as stated above. The property herein conveyed does not include the primary

Chris,
I was asked to look at the submittals for this project to confirm the order and actions were correct. In looking at the
documents provided with the submittal for the transfer, this looks to simply be a change to the name of the LLC. Not an
actual transfer of the land from one LLC name to another. Legal name changes such as this could have been done using
the permit information update form (No fee). This form is available in the same location as the transfer form on this
website. Also, documenting the purchase has been finalized does not require a transfer, just a copy of the final deed to
be submitted. We'll use the transfer applications in lieu of the permit information update form to get the database
corrected with the new LLC names. Please confirm that I am understanding the situation correctly. If so, I'll also ask
Tina to send the check back that you provided as part of the transfer package unless you'd like us to void it and dispose
of it in a secure manner.
If we get confirmation that this is an update, we can get the minor modification package logged in. As part of the minor
modification, the revised permit will reflect that the property has been purchased as well as the change to the LLC
name

Dear Mr. Sams:
On behalf' of our Clients, G & H Hauling, LLC and Cook Out — Shallotte, Inc., please find
enclosed a minor pen -nit modification submittal package as well as a permit transfer submittal
package for Coastal Express Car Wash and Cook Out.
The Coastal Express Car Wash portion of the project has been revised to reflect a few minor
changes desired by G & H Hauling, LLC. Flowever, the total impervious area does not exceed the
currently permitted amount. The current permit allocates for the car wash project; 1,530 SF for
buildings, 24,443 SF for drives/parking, 1,208 SF for sidewalks and 10,000 SF for future
development for a total impervious area of 37,181 SF. This minor pen -nit modification will re-
allocate the impervious areas for the car wash project to include 3,863 SF for buildings, 24,972 SF
for drives/parking, 1,250 SF for sidewalks and 7,096 SF for future development for a total of
37,181 SF for the Coastal Express Car Wash project only. There arc no changes to the Cookout
project and there are no changes to the permitted BMP serving both projects.
The enclosed permit transfer submittal package reflects that Cook Out purchased their tract from
Milliken and Lennon, Inc. after issuance of the current permit on January 4, 2019 and that they
have also changed the name of Cook Out — Kings Mountain, Inc. to Cook Out — Shallotte, Inc.
with the Office of the NC Secretary of State.
