We have provided the revised project plans and calculations. The pond changes were a result of NCDOT not allowing discharge to US 74-76: therefore, the only outlet to the proposed pond was back towards the rear of the site along a side ditch. Both ponds discharge into the side ditch which travels to Trade Street's drainage and the overall Industrial Park. Pond A should not short circuit based on the 1.5" rainfall -runoff staging of the temporary pool with a pipe flow entering the forebay deeper than the forebay top and raising the pond level till it reaches the secondary overflow.
