This site is located on the mainland side of the intra-coastal waterway adjacent to the 1-130 bridge.
1319 Cedar Landing: —1.47_ acres, zoned _Multifamily_ Owner: Cedar Landing Partners,
Currently contains an old fish house over the water and a storage building on the land near the bulkhead.

Cedar Landing Boat Slips
Project narrative:
The property is located at 1319 Cedar Landing and is mostly vacant except for a fish house and a series of
docks over the water and a small storage building on land. The property has been zoned for a new
condominium development. We are proposing to re -build the existing fish house in a similar style to that
which currently exists while repurposing it into a clubhouse and restaurant serving the condominium ,%
development._ The existing bulkhead will be repaired and straighten out. The existing docks and pilings
would be removed and new docks providing up to 24-30 permanent boat slips would be constructed for
boats less then 24' without heads. Currently, the fish house and docks extend into the intercostal waterway.
Those portions of the docks and fish house extending into the intercostal waterway will removed and will not
be rebuilt. Brunswick County is the process of planning the removal of the old sunken shrimp boat which
was abandoned is in the intercostal waterway near the fish house (see attached photos).
