This serves as our request under Paragraph V.D of the banking instrument executed June 15,
2009 for authorization to sell 715.21 pounds of nutrient credits to Sidus Financial, LLC to satisfy
impacts they have within HUC 03 020202. These credits are being used to offset a stormwater
management permit issued to Sidus by the City of Greenville, issued on or about October 1,
2009.
Upon notification from you that this sale is approved we will debit the existing nutrient credit
ledger by 715.21 pounds and send a copy of the ledger for your files.
