MAINTENANCE PLAN
1. ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES WILL BE CHECKED FOR STABILITY
AND OPERATION FOLLOWING EVERY RUNOFF -PRODUCING RAINFALL, BUT IN NO CASE,
LESS THAN ONCE EVERY WEEK. ANY NEEDED REPAIRS WILL BE MADE IMMEDIATELY TO
MAINTAIN ALL PRACTICES AS DESIGNED.
2. ALL CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES WILL BE PERIODICALLY TOP -DRESSED WITH AN
ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES OF #4 STONE TO MAINTAIN PROPER DEPTH. ANY SEDIMENT THAT
IS TRACKED INTO THE STREET WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED.
3. SEDIMENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM BEHIND THE SEDIMENT FENCE WHEN 1T BECOMES
.5 FEET DEEP AT THE FENCE, THE SEDIMENT FENCE WILL BE REPAIRED AS NECESSARY
TO MAINTAIN A BARRIER. SILT FENCE STAKES WILL BE SPACED 6 FEET APART UNLESS
A WIRE BACKING IS USED NTH 8 FOOT STAKE SPACING.
4. ALL SEEDED AREAS WILL BE FERTILIZED, RESEEDED AS NECESSARY, AND MULCHED
ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFICATIONS IN THE VEGETATIVE PLAN TO MAONTAIN A
VIGOROUS, DENSE VEGETATIVE COVER.

Construction Schedule
1. Pre cunt uW m meeting with surveyor, grading contractor, ovmm and Engineer.
A meeting will take place involving all parties involved in the construction process. The soil
erosion and storm water plans will be discussed, as well as the sequence and BMP's to be in place before,
during and after constvctiorL
2. Temporary Gravel Construction Entrancer'E-at-Pracice 6.06
A temporary gravel oonstruction entrance?exdt will be installed at the entrance to the site.
3. Sediment Fence - Practice 6.62
A sediment fence will be erected around the prof ect boimdali es as shown on the plan. This fence
will stay in place until the tract is stabili zcd «ith suitable ground cover and all grading is complete.
Sediment fence will. also be erected around the top of the retaining wall when bade Ul ruches within 18" of
the top of the wall.
4. Outlet Stabilization Stricture - Practice 6.41
Outlet stabilization is to be constructed as shown on the plan.
5. Land Grading - Practice 6.02
Filling of the lot and construction of the Iotdr ng wall will begin and allow the final grades to be
set.

Construction of buildings will pmeeed to the point where heavy equipmerA will no longer be
needed.
7. Utility Installation
Underground Utilities are to be installed and swales and other BN9l's are to be repaile(1 as soon as
possible. Reseeding of areas disturbed by utility work is to take place no later than 15 days alter
installation is complete.
