Find below response to your letter to Mr Archie Cribb dated November 18, 2005
requesting additional information for the above noted project The number on the
response below corresponds with your comments
1 A note has been added to the site plan sheet C-2 indicating that no wetlands are
present on the subject property
Mr Archie Cribb is Vice President at BB&T as evidenced by permit #SW8
041001 which was issued by your office to him for another project
3 The project entry area in Section III 3of the application has been revised to
reflect the disturbed area of 2 18 acres Note that this disturbed area has been
increased due to a driveway revision required by NCDOT
4,'As discussed, there was no formal recorded documentation regarding the two
L/ access easements besides the recorded plat The access easements were a
requirement of NCDOT The stormwater run-off produced by the driveway
improvements is treated by the BB&T system and is included in our project area

/5 A cross section detail for both infiltration basin,, has been added to sheet C-7

6 A detail of the drop inlet outlet structure has been added to sheet C-7 detail sheet

The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for
BB&T, Cedar Point, NC on November 3, 2005 for review on November 14, 2005 A
preliminary revie -of that information has determined that the application is not complete The
following info ation is needed to continue the stormwater review
a V. - Please either delineate all wetlands on site, disturbed or undisturbed, or note on

Please provide documentation that demonstrates that you are a Vice President of

5 Please provide a cross-section detail of both infiltration basins that illustrate the
basin bottom, side slopes, and any clean sand fill required (as discussed with
l Vincent Lewis of DWQ on October 3, 2005) to maintain the 2 ft separation

The Wilmington Regional Office received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for BB&T Sneads Ferry on November 9, 2004 Staff review of the plans
and specifications has determined that the project, as proposed, will comply with the
Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 2H 1000 We are forwarding
Permit No SW8 041001 dated November 10, 2004, for the construction of the subject
project
This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until November 10, 2014, and
shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein Please pay
special attention to the Operation and Maintenance requirements in this permit Failure
to establish an adequate system for operation and maintenance of the stormwater
management system will result in future compliance problems
If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this permit are unacceptable, you
have the right to request an adtudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30)
days following receipt of this permit This request must be in the form of a written
petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed
with the Office of Administrative Hearings, P O Drawer 27447, Raleigh, NC 27611-
7447 Unless such demands are made this permit shall be final and binding
