The soil erosion and storm water plans will be discussed, as well as the sequence and BMP's to be in place before, during and after construction. 2. Temporary Gravel Construction Entrance/Exit-Practice 6.06 A temporary gravel construction entrance/exit will be installed at the entrance to the site. 3. Sediment Fence - Practice 6.62 A sediment fence will be erected around the project boundaries as shown on the plan. This fence will stay in place until the tract is stabilized rhith suitable ground cover and all grading is complete. Sediment fence will also be erected around the top of the retaining wall when backfill reaches within 18" of the top of the wall. 4. Temporary Sediment Trap - Practice 6.60 PROJECT BOUNDARY/ Stormwater pond to serve as temporary sediment trap, to be constructed before heavy grading begins. DRAINAGE AREA 5. COnstruction of Buildings Construction of buildings will proceed to the point where heavy equipment will no longer be needed. 8. Utility Installation Underground utilities are to be installed and swales and other BMP's are to be repaired as soon as possible. Reseeding of areas disturbed by utility work is to take place no later than 15 days after installation is complete. 9. Paving 10. Removal of Temporary Sediment Traps Prior to final surface stabilization, temporary sand traps are to be removed. Check dams may be constructed as shown on the plan. 11. Surface Stabilization All disturbed surfaces that are not paved are to be stabilized accorded to the vegetative plan. All swales are to be stabilized with straw and net within 5 days of seeding.
