Dear Mr Maynard
On April 13, 2006, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 050907 The revisions include adding building 13 (and
associated parking) and modifying the offsite impervious and drainage area allocation for pond
2 Building 13 (and associated BUA) are proposed in a portion of the project area previously
permitted as offsite The offsite drainage area is reduced from 2 3 acres to 1 26 The BUA
allocation for the offsite portion of the protect is now is reduced from 83,142 sf to 17,147 sf
The BUA associated with the new building 13 is 29,015 sf The balance of 36,980 sf of BUA ib
now available for future on -site development The table below summarizes the new permit
totals We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files Please
replace the old approved plan sheets (pages 9-11) with the new ones Also enclosed is the
$420 permit modification fee, which is not necessary as there is no fee for a plan revision

remain in full force and effect Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the
approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis Any
other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to construction The
issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other
applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the
proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to construction

We are revising the plan to include building 13 and associated parking and
utilities for the building 13 On the stormwater management permit application form the
impervious areas for drainage area #2 reflect this modification
The following is a list of impervious surfaces removed from the off -site total and added
to the appropriate category
Building 13 = 9,737 s f
Parking = 18,313 s f
Sidewalk = 965 s f
Now the impervious area off -site (located on the corner of Sanders Rd and Wallow Glen
Dr is 17,147 s f Pond #2 calculations have been adjusted to show this change We are
submitting 2 sets of revised plans, an original and a copy of sheets 2 & 3 of the
stoi mwatei application, a copy of sheet 1 of the ,vet detention basil supplement, 2 copies
of Pond #2 calculations, and a drainage map

The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for
Point South on September 12, 2005 A preliminary review of that information has determined
that the application is not complete The following information is needed to continue the
stormwater review
1 Please list the seasona�Y gl*watt r anon of the pond adjacent to pond 2 The
permanent pool elevation of pond should b no lower that this elevation
2 Please provide dimensions of the clubh a and pool area, dumpster pad, mail kiosk
and any other miscellaneous impervious surface (either on the plan sheet or a separate
detail)
3 Please list the lengths of the cen nes shown on the plan sheets for the streets and
parking areas
4 Please place a note on the dr gs specifying that a pump will be used to drain the
ponds for maintenance or in an emer ency
5 Please list the basic seeding) tation requirements for the site on a drawing sheet
6 Please correct the slight disc`ncy in impervious surface that exists between the
application and note #11 on drawing sheet 9 (of 14)
7 All off -site runoff will not be directed off sit s indicated in the application a portion
will be collected in pond 2 Please clay this in note #10 (on drawing sheet 9 of 14)
and the narrative
=> Additional fees, not to exceed 50% of the original permit application fee, may be
charged for subsequent reviews due to the insufficiency of a permit application, as
specified by Section 11 4A of S L 2003-284 This project may be charged an additional
fee if all of the above items are not corrected by the date specified below
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to September 28, 2005, or
the application will be returned as incomplete The return of a project will necessitate
resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee

extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter The
request must indicate the date by which you expect to submit the required information
The construction of any impervious surfaces, other than a construction entrance under an
approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation of NCGS 143-215 1 and is subject
to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215 6A
Please reference the State assigned project number on all correspondence Any original
documents that need to be revised have been sent to the engineer or agent All original
documents must be returned or new originals must be provided Copies are not acceptable If
you have any questions concerning this matter please feel free to call me at (910) 796-7303
