apologize upfront for the size of some of the files.
I've included 5 files and they contain the following information .
I. Channel Center Line-this file contains the proposed channel center line
for the dredging. The emergency dredge encompasses dredging from 56 + 00 to 76
+00, approximately 2,000 linear feet.
2. Channel Cross Sections-this file was updated from our recent surveys to
show the proposed cross sections for the emergency dredging of 25' x7'. This
dredge footprint corresponds to previously permitted dredging in the channel.
3. Disposal Location-this file contains the location of the disposal site for
the dredge material on Bear Island.

~!4. EFH Assessment-this file contains the essential fish habitat assessment
that was included in an EA for Cow Channel.
5. SAV and Sand Study-this file contains the engineering report for the
compatibility study between the sand in the channel and on Bear Island. In
addition, this file contains two memos from the Division of Marine Fisheries on
SAV impacts in the channel.

There are a number of wastewater facilities on the site. The mainland contains a visitors center, maintenace facilities, and
residence. All wastewater systems are currently septic tank with a drain field. In addtition, the bathhouse on Bear Isalnd

The current channel is unsafe during low tides.

The channel will be dredged with a hydrolic dredge.
