The lowest floor and all attendant utilities shall be at or above -1-17 -O feet Mean Sea Level (MSL) (NAVD 1988). 3. Pursuant to Section 30-3-6.4(A) of the City of Greensboro Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, it shall be the duty of the permit holder to submit to the Floodplain Administrator the Elevation/Floodproofing Certification within 7 calendar days after establishment of the lowest floor. \ 4. Proper Erosion and Sediment control measures shall be installed and maintained in accordance with North Carolina State Standards and Section 30-7-4 of the City of Greensboro Development Ordinance during fill operations. 6. Provide a minimum of two (2) openings in the foundation wall having a total area of not less than 31 A,_ square inches. The bottom of the openings shall not be greater than one (1) foot above the ground elevation at the perimeter of the foundation wall. The access area to the crawl space may be utilized to meet these criteria provided a mesh or screen door is used. Note: Vent opening area requirement is calculated at I sq. in. per sq. ft of structures footprint below BFE. 7. Mobile/Manufactured home shall he installed in accordance with the City of Greensboro Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance Section 30-7-5.6(B)(3). See copy attached to this permit.. 8. Upon completion of foundation construction, contact the Floodplain Administrator's office for foundation inspection. Failure to comply with the City of Greensboro Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance including any modifications and/or performance reservations could result in assessment of civil penalties or initiation of civil or criminal court actions in accordance with Section 30-8-5 of the City of Greensboro Development Ordinance.
