Construction Sequence
1. A temporary gravel construction entrance a minimum
of 50' long will be established.
2. All grading to proposed topography, and silt fencing
will be installed (if necessary).
3. The sediment-basin/wet detention pond will be
constructed and seeded with temporary and permanent
seeding Permanent vegetative cover must be established
above the permanent pool elevation.
4. Swales will be constructed and seeded.
5. Catch basins, curb inlets, and drain pipe will be
installed.
6. Asphalt parking lot and gravel will be installed.
7. Permenent vegetation will be established in all areas
not covered by asphalt or grovel.
8. Erosion control measures other than those shown on
the plan will be installed should the need arise.
