CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DRIVEWAY
AND UTILITIES WITHIN THE R.O.W. WITH NCDOT.
PROPOSED CONTOURS ARE APPROXIMATE AND ARE PROVIDED FOR
ESTIMATING EARTHWORK QUANTITIES AND TO ILLUSTRATE THE
APPROXIMATE FINAL GRADES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GRADE THE

AREAS SHALL BE PLACED IN THE STOCKPILE AREA.
ALL DEBRIS FROM REMOVAL OF TREES OR OTHER VEGETATION SHALL BE
REMOVED FROM THE SITE BY THE CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR SHALL
NOT BURY DEBRIS ON THE SITE.
FINAL GRADES AND FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION TO BE APPROVED
BY THE ARCHITECT.
