The applicant, High Hampton Development, is requesting additional time to respond the NCDWR add -info letter request
dated September 21, 2020. High Hampton has engaged Sylvester and company to conduct as -built survey of all the
stream and wetland impact. This as -built is required by the Corps but will also be beneficial in responding to DWR. High
Hampton expects to have all the survey information in time to respond by December 31.
