Dear Mr. Khan:
Pursuant to Part III, Section B.5.b. of the NC General Stormwater Permit NCG030000, I am
writing to provide notice that Lanette Plyler will hereafter serve as my duly authorized
representative having signatory authority for discharge monitoring reports and all other
documents pertaining to compliance with Certificate of Coverage NCG030617 for the
CORMETECH, Inc. Kings Mountain facility located at 304 Linwood Road, Kings Mountain, NC
28089. Ms. Plyler is Director of Environmental, Health and Safety for the company, and she
works closely with the Kings Mountain facility management team to ensure all permit
requirements are met including stormwater sampling, submission of monitoring reports, and
maintenance of all required records.
