HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCG140488_NOI Issues_20201016Edwin Suddreth, PE: I am currently reviewing the application for coverage under NCG140000 for the Carolina Ready Mix Denver Plant in Denver. I noticed a few issues with the NOI that I was hoping you could help me with: Question 16 is marked “yes” which would imply that the site will not have any discharge. This would make the site eligible for non-discharge and would require a different application. Question 17 parts c,d, and e are not answered. Please let me know. Thank you!
