Thank you for your earlier help with Wood Preservers in Charlotte! I am working with our Regional Office contact to see
if we can rescind that permit.
I also wanted to let you know that we have inactivated NPDES Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit # NCS000213 for
the former Detrex facility on 3114 Cullman Avenue due to lack of industrial activity (closure) and abandonment by the
previous owners. Please let me know if you have any questions.
