On Friday February 26, 2010 an email was generated from this office regarding the above reference project.
Version 1 of this project was issued in a NW39 on August 20, 2009. Version 2 of the same project name is
requesting approval under a NW33.
Activities covered by Water Quality Certification GC3688 (NW33) do not require written approval from the Division
of Water Quality as long as they comply with the GC Conditions.
The project will move forward with the review and approval process.
