Hi Dave. We are planning to submit a permit application for the replacement of the bridge over the Dan River in Stokes
County. The project is currently scheduled to Let in June of 2021. Since we are required to wait 30 days after
notification, please accept this as your notice. If you would like to meet, please advise. The Laserfiche site has been
giving me an error today, so I don’t intend to submit this notice through that site. Instead, we will include a copy of this
email in the permit application for documentation of the 30 day preapplication notice.

Please add a copy to this email to the miscellaneous tab on the ePCN. I’ll make a note to complete the application on
November 12, 2020. I made some other edits to the ePCN earlier, so its now ready to go after our waiting period.
