Treatment facility appeared to be well maintained. Effluent was clear with no visible suspended solids. It was noted during inspection that water flowing through V-notch weir (Nappe) was collapsing against downstream face of weir plate. It is recommended that weir plate be checked for vertical level and slime growth cleaned from face of weir plate (downstream side). Flow over V-notch should be monitored to see if nappe continues to collapse against weir plate.
