The scale is not legible on the submittal. I can't tell if that is 20 feet or 200 feet or other. Also the 500 feet is from the
proposed well locations. If the figure is depicting that distance then it is ok. The figure is supposed to be properly scaled
but the important aspect is that I can tell the 500 feet radius is projected from the proposed well/s locations with the
required information by rule. So it's not quite there yet.

This email is a follow up to our conversation today regarding the monitoring well construction application for 4109
Western Boulevard in Raleigh- Wake County received October 5th at the RRO:
Please submit a revised 500 foot radius map. It is not clear in the submitted figures where the proposed
monitoring wells are located. Also, label the 500 foot radius boundary. In the previous submittal the map scale
was not clear. The 500 foot radius with the required information (see the application 2n1 page) is from the
proposed well/s location.
This information is due on or before October 30, 2020. Thank you and contact me with any questions.
