Hey Scott,
In response to the memos attached regarding mowing between rows at the Kittrell Hill & Boseman
Branch mitigation sites, DWR will accept this as maintenance of riparian areas to ensure growth and
vigor of planted trees are successful. However, DWR suggests mowing not be implemented beyond
Year 2.

Hi Katie,
I'm following up from last week when Jamey and Norton met you in the field at the Falling
Creek site for the site viability visit and inquired about mowing at our Kittrell/Boseman sites.
I'm attaching the memos sent regarding mowing for the Kittrell and Boseman Buffer sites.
Copies were submitted via the mitigation project portal. Let me know if you need anything
else regarding these proposed activities at both project sites. We look forward to hearing from
