No, unfortunately we cannot continue with an application that has been withdrawn. He will have to apply for a new
permit with an NOI and application fee. We held onto it quite a long time (years) before finally closing the loop last
month.
Below is the record in BIMS with Withdrawn status and entry date. The email from you with the information that the
owner wanted to withdraw was imported into the Laserfiche file the same day.

Subject: FW: James Cahoon Mine - Request to Continue Processing Application NCG020925
Hello,
I heard from the consultant this morning that the owner has decided that he is interested in continuing with the
processing of the NCG020925 if that is still possible. Ken Elliott contacted me and said if it is not too late, he would like
to continue with the processing of the proposed permit application (See the attached inspection as additional
information.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I propose that we conference or meet Ken on site to discuss all
that is required to move forward.

The message was just for everyone's information that the ncg02 (dewatering permit) was being withdrawn.
The owner will likely be in touch if he ever decides to sell, and continue to check the bean anytime you are in the area to
see that all is in order regarding the mining permit. And that a connection is not created with the waters of the state.
Thanks!
