This letter is in response to your 10-5-20 letter to Rose Hill attached.

Per this notice we have exceeded the 30 mg/L BOD monthly limit with a 37.35 mg/L
BOD. We also exceeded the fecal coliform monthly average with an 825.83 #/100mL
from the limit of 200 #/100mL.

We had faulty blower motor and mixer electrical starters causing us to operate by hand
until repairs were made. We had the electrical controls and wiring repaired and replaced
the UV lights as well.
