Dear Dr. Thorpe:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the withdrawal of the subject application. On February 22, 2010 the North
Carolina Division of Water Quality (NCDWQ) received a request to withdraw the application for the above referenced
project. The withdrawal of the application was requested due design revisions which resulted in reduced impacts to
jurisdictional resources and the use of an alternative Nationwide Permit (NWP) which does not require written notification
from the1NCDWQ. The withdrawal request was made by Jennifer Harrod with the NCDOT PDEA.
Please note that if you decide to resubmit an application for this project, a new PCN form application and application fee
