Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on October 14, 2020. Brent
Hollifield with Michael Baker Engineering was present during the inspection. The following are items that need
attention before the start of the trout moratorium (October 15 - April 15).
- ~ Station L 13+85 L (Upstream Wingwall) Remove silt fence and 57 stone.
- ~ Station L 13+12 R (Downstream Right bank descending) Cover disturbed area from backfill of wingwall.
NPDES records were complete.
