I'm working from home so can't look it up, it was 2009, in guilford county but i don't remember how it was in BIMS. its probably the only non-dot project listed as withdrawn tho. but i can find it monday and let you know. The application/impacts are the same. The client failed to present construction sequence drawings showing how water will be pumped around the construction site of the proposed road crossing.
