oops, sorry. I'm working from home so can't look it up, it was 2009, in guilford
county but i don't remember how it was in BIMS. its probably the only non-dot
project listed as withdrawn tho. but i can find it monday and let you know.

This is a fairly recent return package for not answering a hold letter. I can
review it without the entire package but just the response to my hold letter. Will
you accept it that way? Its a shame to reprint the same documents and kill more
trees. (sorry, tree hugger here)

As you will recall, we are required to resubmit this application. The
application/impacts are the same. The client failed to present construction
sequence drawings showing how water will be pumped around the construction site of
the proposed road crossing. Do you need for me to reprint new copies of the
application or can I simply generate a transmittal letter, a new check and submit
with the construction sequence drawings?
