WQ0041742, for the 3rd Quarter, 2020:
■ Special Condition I.1 — Daily Inspection log
• Standard Condition II.1 — Wastewater Removal Log
Note: The daily inspection for Friday, September 21 was documented after the date
of inspection. As required, the inspection was completed on September 21 by Jesse
Clark, the designated back-up inspector. It was inadvertently not recorded in the
Daily Inspection Log at that time. Record of the required inspection was later
documented on Monday, September 24 by Mr. Clark.
