An inspection was made of the above mine on July 7th, 2020 in accordance with GS 74-56
of the Mining Act of 1971.
The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, you are released from further
reclamation responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of 1971. I am returning your
$5,100.00 Guarantee letter, Assignments of Savings Account No. 3245044352 in the sum of
$69,900.00, and $11,100.00 irrevocable standby letter of credit No. SB94387 issued by First
Citizens Bank to you for your disposal.
